Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn Ocushield frames in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they are shielded from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
